Supplier management

In this user manual, you will find information concerning the Supplier management window. From this window, you can add, edit or delete suppliers and configure the way GEM-CAR interacts with them. To access the Supplier management window, from the GEM-CAR Main menu, go to Supplier management > Supplier management.

The Supplier management window is divided in four (4) tabs. Click on the links below to access their respective page on which you can find information about their configuration options.

• Contact info
• Delivery / Statistics
• Accounting
• Contacts

Add suppliers

To add suppliers to GEM-CAR using the Supplier maintenance window, follow the steps below.

1. Access the Supplier maintenance window.
2. Click on the + button on the bottom of the window.
3. Configure the customer using the options contained in the four (4) tabs.
4. Click on the diskette button to save.

Edit suppliers

To edit suppliers to GEM-CAR using the Supplier maintenance window, follow the steps below.

1. Access the Supplier maintenance window.
2. Select a customer on the list.
3. Configure the customer using the options contained in the four (4) tabs.
4. Click on the diskette button to save.

Delete suppliers

To delete suppliers to GEM-CAR using the Supplier maintenance window, follow the steps below.

1. Access the Supplier maintenance window.
2. Select a customer on the list.
3. Click on the - button on the bottom of the window.
4. Click on the diskette button to save.
