Customer management: Accounting tab

On the Accounting tab of the Customer management window, you will find the customer profile configuration options related to accounting.

Add a specific email address for sending account statements

Follow the instructions below to add a specific email address for sending account statements.

  1. Go to the Acct. Statement drop-down menu and select Email.
  2. Enter the email address in the AR email field. If you wish to send documents to multiple addresses for this contact, enter them all separating them by a semicolon (;) without space between them.
  3. Select the Diskette to save.

Limit credit for customers

To configure individual credit limits, enter a numerical value in the Credit limit field and then the Diskette to save.

Block credit for customers

To block credit for customers, select the Credit block option and then the Diskette to save.

Discount groups

Discount groups are preconfigured rebates that you can link to customer profiles. If you add customers to discount groups, all preconfigured rebates, categories, products or line codes are applied automatically when added to estimates.

Add customers to discount groups

Follow the instructions below to add customers to discount groups.

  1. Select the + button.
  2. In the Group management window, double-click a discount group on the list.
  3. Back to the Customer management window, select the Diskette to save.

Delete customers from discount groups

Follow the instructions below to delete customers from discount groups.

  1. Select a discount group on the list.
  2. Select the - button.
  3. Select the Diskette to save.
