Go to Help in the GEM-CAR 2022 Main menu to find links to contact us, to learn more about the GEM-CAR features, to go to our feedback portal, to refer a friend to us, or to visit us on social media.

Under Contact us, you will find four resources to reach assistance from our technical support team.
- Select Start a chat to start a chat session with the technical support team.
- If your Android cellphone is linked to Windows 10 or 11, select the Telephone number to send it to your cellphone and start a call with our technical support team.
- Select the email to prepare a new email to the attention of our technical support team.
- At the request of the technical support team, select Start an assistance session with GEM-SUPPORT to start a shared-screen session.
Learning
In the Learning section, you will find links to our two learning platforms.
- Select Documentation (reading) to go to our documentation website.
- Select GEM-UNIVERSITY (videos) to go to GEM-UNIVERSITY, our video-based learning platform.
Feedback
Select Feedback portal to go to the Feedback portal to report bugs, submit feedback and new ideas and participate in discussions about GEM-CAR 2022.
