Retrieve deleted customer numbers

Most of the time, the customer numbers correspond to their phone numbers. If the customer phone number does not work, follow the steps below.

From the Point of sale, click on the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner.
From the Search window, select ALL STEPS using the Step drop-down menu.
In the Search section, use the fields to search for the customer.
Select an estimate or invoice for the customer on the list.
Click on the print button.

The document will show in the print preview window. Search for the customer number on the top left corner.

If you can retrieve a customer number, contact one of our technicians who might be able to retrieve it from your database.
