Customers arrival time
You can indicate the arrival time of customers to GEM-CAR. The time will then be displayed on work orders in the upper right corner. This can be done in the Point of sale or in the Appointments window. To do so, follow the instructions in the subsections below.
Point of sale
To indicate the customers’ arrival time to GEM-CAR, in the Point of sale, click on the Customer has arrived button. The time will show in the field adjacent to the button and will also show on work orders.
Appointment window
To indicate the customers’ arrival time to GEM-CAR, from the Appointment window, right-click on an appointment and select Customer has arrived from the drop-down menu. The time will show on work orders.
