How to measure the return on sending reminders to customers?
You can show and print a report with statistics for the reminders you send to your customers. This can be helpful for measuring the return on these reminders. To show this report, follow the steps below.
- In the GEM-CAR *Main menu, go to Reports > Customer management*.
- Select the Clients option in the top right corner.
- Select Reminder report on the Available reports list.
- Select the Print reminders statistics option.
- Choose a time range.
- Click on the printer button.
- The print preview of the report will show onscreen. You can export it on the computer or print it by clicking on the buttons in the top left corner.
