New Global Payments integration

Since March 2020, Desjardins1started using Global Payments2,3 terminals for its electronic payments solutions. See the Desjardins’s website for more information about this partnership. We then also started a partnership with Global Payments and developed an integration between their payment terminals and GEM-CAR.

Starting with version 13.0.3, GEM-CAR now sends transactions to Global Payments terminals for sales and returns. It also starts the printing of the settlement reports on the terminals. This will make it easier for you to manage customers’ card payments and end-of-day procedures.

Make sure to update GEM-CAR to the latest version to benefit from these new features. The following payment terminals are fully supported:
