Estimates and invoices

In this user manual, you will find all the relevant information about estimates and invoices. Estimates are built in the **Point of sales. They are temporary invoices that, for or as long as they are not paid, will remain in the estimate state and can be modified. However, once paid, their status will change and they will become invoices. Due to laws regulating point of sale software, once estimates have been converted into invoices, no change or addition can be made to them. They will remain available in the archives for consultation or for reversal, if need be.

Estimates and invoices are generated in the Point of sale. To access it, from the GEM-CAR Main menu, go to Point of sale.
