Price by category by level (tire price list)

In the Price by category by level Window, you can configure tire price lists by category or make and model. To open this window, in the GEM-CAR 14 Main menu, go to Inventory management > Price by category by level.

Tire price list by category

Follow the instructions below to configure tire price lists by category in the Price by category by level window.

Select Category and enter a tire category number in the field or retrieve it using the Magnifying glass. See Inventory management: Category management for more information about the configuration of category types.
Choose the Price calculation method using the drop-down menu.
Select the number or price levels and enter the Rebate percentages on the list price for each price level.
Select Cost if you want to set a cost price and enter the negative margin percentage in the field.
Select the Green checkmark.
In the Preview price levels window, deselect any inventory product you would like to exclude from the price list and Select the Green checkmark.

Tire price list by make and model

Follow the instructions below to configure the tire price list by make and model in the Price by category by level window.

Select Make/Model and select a make and model using the drop-down menus. All tire makes and models will be available in the drop-down menus if their product codes are contained in a tire category. See Inventory management: Category management for more information about the configuration of category types.
Choose the Price calculation method using the drop-down menu.
Select the number or price levels and enter rebate percentages for each or these price levels.
Select Cost if you want to set a cost price and enter the negative margin percentage in the field.
Select the Green checkmark.
In the Preview price levels window, deselect any inventory product you would like to exclude from the price list and Select the Green checkmark.
