In Audatex we normally transfer those info :

Paint and Materials :
Sublet Repairs, Towing and Storage:
Sheet Metal (SM), Mech/Elec (ME), Frame (FR) , Feather Prime & Block Materials and Refinish (RF):
Audatex GEM-CAR configuration :
In GEM-CAR we should create 3 new categories :
Category 75 :
Category 76:
Category 77:
Parts creation:
We should also create parts in category 200 or 700 based on weblink configured category:
Part information:

- Description : Paint and Materials & Feather Prime and Block Materials
We should also create those parts in category 75:
Part information:
- Code : GCTOW123
- Description : Towing
- Category : 75
Part information:
- Code : GCSTORAGE123
- Description : Storage
- Category : 75
Labor and appointment creation:
We should create product as labor and put in category 76:
- Code : GCSUBLET123
- Description : Sublet Repairs
- Category : 76
We should create products as appointment and put them category 77:
Appointment information:
- Code : GCMETAL123
- Description : SHEET METAL
- Category : 77
Appointment information:
- Code : GCMECELEC123
- Description : MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL
- Category : 77
Appointment information:

Audatex tax exempt :
For audatex category 75 and 76 should be on tax exempt, to do that you need to have first GEM-CAR14.0.3.194 and follow those steps:
Activate the option 134 :
Go to Inventory Managment --> Sales and Epense categories management :
Select the category you want and chose tax exempt from here
