Configure alternative delivery addresses
You can add, edit or delete alternative delivery addresses that could be used on invoices on a customer basis. To do so, follow the steps in the following subsections.
Add alternative delivery addresses
Follow the steps below to add delivery addresses to a customer’s profile.
- Access the Customer management configuration window under the Delivery tab.
- Select a customer on the list.
- Click on the + button on the right of the window.
- Enter the name of the recipient in the field corresponding to the Name column.
- Enter the mailing address in the field corresponding to the Address column.
- Enter the city in the field corresponding to the City column.
- Enter the postal code in the field corresponding to the C.P. column.
- Enter the telephone number of the recipient in the field corresponding to the Tel. column.
- Enter the name of the shipper in the field corresponding to the Shipper column.
- Click on the diskette button to save.
Edit alternative delivery addresses
Follow the steps below to edit delivery addresses in a customer’s profile.
- Access the Customer management configuration window under the Delivery tab.
- Select a customer on the list.
- Select the delivery address that must be edited on the list.
- Edit the information in the fields corresponding to the Name, Address, City, C.P., Tel. and Shipper columns.
- Click on the diskette button to save.
Delete alternative delivery addresses
Follow the steps below to delete delivery addresses from a customer’s profile.
- Access the Customer management configuration window under the Delivery tab.
- Select a customer on the list.
- Select the delivery address to be deleted on the list.
- Click on the - button on the right of the window.
- Click on the diskette button to save.
