Configure alternative delivery addresses

You can add, edit or delete alternative delivery addresses that could be used on invoices on a customer basis. To do so, follow the steps in the following subsections.

Add alternative delivery addresses

Follow the steps below to add delivery addresses to a customer’s profile.

  1. Access the Customer management configuration window under the Delivery tab.
  2. Select a customer on the list.
  3. Click on the + button on the right of the window.
  4. Enter the name of the recipient in the field corresponding to the Name column.
  5. Enter the mailing address in the field corresponding to the Address column.
  6. Enter the city in the field corresponding to the City column.
  7. Enter the postal code in the field corresponding to the C.P. column.
  8. Enter the telephone number of the recipient in the field corresponding to the Tel. column.
  9. Enter the name of the shipper in the field corresponding to the Shipper column.
  10. Click on the diskette button to save.

Edit alternative delivery addresses

Follow the steps below to edit delivery addresses in a customer’s profile.

  1. Access the Customer management configuration window under the Delivery tab.
  2. Select a customer on the list.
  3. Select the delivery address that must be edited on the list.
  4. Edit the information in the fields corresponding to the Name, Address, City, C.P., Tel. and Shipper columns.
  5. Click on the diskette button to save.

Delete alternative delivery addresses

Follow the steps below to delete delivery addresses from a customer’s profile.

  1. Access the Customer management configuration window under the Delivery tab.
  2. Select a customer on the list.
  3. Select the delivery address to be deleted on the list.
  4. Click on the - button on the right of the window.
  5. Click on the diskette button to save.
