Personalized message on invoices

Follow the steps below to add personalized messages on your invoices. They could be, for example, financial credit terms and conditions or disclaimers.

  1. Open the General information configuration window under the Messages and agenda tab.
  2. Select the language for the message using the Language drop-down menu in the Message section. The language of the messages on the invoices will follow the language configured in the customer profiles.
  3. Select the Personalized fineprint message at the bottom of the invoice box.
  4. Type the personalized message in the Message field.
  5. Select the Diskette button to save.
  6. Repeat steps 3 to 6 to configure personalized messages for other languages.

Promotional message on invoices

Follow the steps below to add promotional messages on invoices.

  1. Open the General information configuration window under the Message and agenda tab.
  2. Select the language for the message using the Language drop-down menu in the Message section. The language of the messages on the invoices will follow the language configured in the customer profiles.
  3. Type the promotional message in the Publicity text box in the middle of the invoice field.
  4. Select the Diskette button to save.
  5. Repeat steps 3 to 5 to configure promotional messages for other languages.

Insurance declaration message on invoices

To add or edit the Insurance declaration message on invoices, follow the instructions below.

  1. Open the General information configuration window under the Message and agenda tab.
  2. Enter the title in the Header of the declaration field.
  3. Enter the message in the Insurance declaration (part 1) and Insurance declaration (part 2) fields.
  4. Select the Diskette button to save.
